One of my favorite bags to sew is the Amy Butler Swing Bag. I don't see it on the Amy Butler sight anymore but I found the pattern here at Sew Thankful. to share with you.
I love this pattern because it is not only quick but so versatile.

I use these bags for:
Work Bags
They fit file folders perfectly!
Market Bags
Fresh basil. Yum!
Baby Bags
I travel lite with the baby. A diaper, some wipes, food & a change of clothes. No need for an industrial sized diaper bag here.
Horse Show Bags
When showing, I can sling over my saddle horn and keep my wraps and other horse beautification necessities handy.
Library Bags
There are two designated for books to be returned hanging in our pantry.
Take Your Cat to the Vet Bag
Really, I tried this once and it worked.
I emphasize the word once.
I have had this fun old sheet stashed for awhile now and on a recent cold day, I decided to whip up a new bag.
After limited interruptions which was a feat within itself,
I finished up with this cute little number.

And, I even had time to make a matching flower!
That never happens.
Thank you little baby!

My sewing machine is on the table and it's waiting...hmm, wonder when I'll get to it?
